REGISTRATION

Registration is by credit card only. If you would like to send check payment, please contact info@cgt4hivcure.org.  Space is limited.

You will receive an email confirming your registration and payment. Please bring a copy of your email receipt to the event to confirm your registration. If you have any questions about your registration or our cancellation policy, please email: info@CGT4HIVcure.org.

Early Bird:  $500.  Through June 22, 2019 June 29, 2019.  (Deadline Extended!)

Regular:  $600.  June 30 - August 23, 2019.

Registration provides full access to the 2-day conference, poster session, meals (noted below) and conference program.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Scholarships and Travel Awards are available. If you are applying for a scholarship, please refrain from registering for the conference until you have been notified of your award status. When you apply for a scholarship, your place will be reserved and you will be added to the registration list as “tentative” until further notification. Please see the SCHOLARSHIPS page to apply for Scholarships and Travel Awards.

LODGING

We have partnered with the Marriott Residence Inn Seattle Downtown/Convention Center to provide conference travelers a discounted rate. Individuals are required to make own reservations (see below). Conference room rates end August 1, 2019.

The conference hotel room block is filled.  We were able to secure a small courtesy block of extra rooms at $289/night.  Please call the hotel to reserve while rooms at this rate are available.  Any remaining rooms will be released to full price after August 1st.
